Nziria’s Facebook and Instagram accounts were disabled by META
Nziria’s social media were disabled for no reason. We ask our followers to support us in our account recovery campaign.
Nziria as you knew, it no longer exists. On 31st October, Instagram tweeted that some users had reported issues with their accounts, which were either restricted or suspended.
On the same day Instagram confirmed that the bug had been resolved and apologised for the temporary problem. More than 20 days have passed, and many users are still experiencing issues. Some cannot access their accounts, for no reason, and some are reporting that their followers have disappeared.
Nziria is one of them. Our Instagram accounts Nziria magazine and Nziria beer have been suspended, and although we have acted promptly and provided all the info requested, emailed different departments, twitted our frustration, we have been left stranded by Meta. At the same time, we have been approached by many hackers who are claiming to be able to recover our accounts for a price, and it is not clear if it is a scam or a real possibility.
According to Instagram, after 30 days of suspension, an account is disabled permanently. We have only fews days left. We will keep emailing and do whatever is possible to recover our two accounts. As we are still a young group, it is frustrating to see all the hard work done during those years in promoting our brand, vanishing like that. Yes, we have created a new Instagram account, however, it will take time and energy to restore our brand awareness on the social platform.
We appreciate all your support during the last couple of years, that is why we are asking you to help us to regain our place in Instagram by following our new account @nziria_travel. Hopefully this account will only be a branch of Nziria and our main pages will get back to life soon. Rock And Roll!
