Refreshing and very drinkable beer, slightly bitter with earthy and herbaceous notes from noble hops. Light body with subtle hints of diacetyl typical of the style. Label – NZIRIA Beer of Cilento _ Saison a new beer made with local malt of Senatore Cappelli: High-fermentation beer, with a golden/light orange color. It has a white and persistent foam. Refreshing beer, highly attenuated, moderately bitter with an extremely dry finish. Light body and a spicy character given by the yeast and spices. Pairings: medium-aged cheeses, grilled meat, spicy meats, fish, steamed dishes. ABV: 5.5% – 33 cl
Label – NZIRIA Beer_ IPA: High-fermentation beer, deep gold in color with coppery reflections. It has a white and persistent foam. A beer with a medium and delicate bitterness characterized by generous amounts of American hops, which impart earthy and herbaceous notes balanced by sweet and honeyed undertones. Easy to drink despite a moderate alcohol content. Pairings: spicy dishes, fatty meats or fish, spicy pizzas, street food. ABV: 6% – 33 cl
