Label – NZIRIA Beer_Pilsner: Low-fermentation beer, straw yellow in color. It has a clear and persistent foam. Refreshing and very drinkable beer, slightly bitter with earthy and herbaceous notes from noble hops. Light body with subtle hints of diacetyl typical of the style. Pairings: fried foods, white or red meats, roasts, white risottos, and pizzas in general. ABV: 5.2% -33 cl
Label – NZIRIA Beer of Cilento _ Saison a new beer made with local malt of Senatore Cappelli: High-fermentation beer, with a golden/light orange color. It has a white and persistent foam. Refreshing beer, highly attenuated, moderately bitter with an extremely dry finish. Light body and a spicy character given by the yeast and spices. Pairings: medium-aged cheeses, grilled meat, spicy meats, fish, steamed dishes. ABV: 5.5% – 33 cl
Label – NZIRIA Beer_ IPA: High-fermentation beer, deep gold in color with coppery reflections. It has a white and persistent foam. A beer with a medium and delicate bitterness characterized by generous amounts of American hops, which impart earthy and herbaceous notes balanced by sweet and honeyed undertones. Easy to drink despite a moderate alcohol content. Pairings: spicy dishes, fatty meats or fish, spicy pizzas, street food. ABV: 6% – 33 cl
